These terms apply to the use of the Sisu Social Media, LLC (“Sisu”) website and client portal, including our booking page, proposals, agreements, questionnaires, and invoices.
Services
Sisu provides marketing services to businesses. The specific services, fees, and timelines for any engagement are set out in the written proposal and agreement you accept. If anything on this page conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement controls.
Your account and information
You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the business you represent. You are responsible for keeping any logins you share with us current and for telling us when they change.
Payment
Invoices are issued through QuickBooks Online and are due on receipt unless your agreement says otherwise. Payments are processed by QuickBooks Payments under Intuit’s terms.
Intellectual property
Work Sisu creates for you is yours once it is paid for in full, except for tools, templates, and know-how Sisu uses across clients, which remain Sisu’s. Content and materials you supply remain yours, and you grant Sisu permission to use them to do the work.
Limits
Sisu’s total liability for any claim connected to these terms or our services is limited to the fees you paid Sisu in the three months before the claim. Sisu is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows the current version.
