What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, business name, email address, phone number, and mailing address, whether through our website forms, our booking page, our proposals and agreements, or our new client questionnaire.
- Business information you share with us so we can do the work, such as goals, audience, brand assets, and logins you choose to provide.
- Billing information needed to invoice you. Card and bank details are entered directly into QuickBooks Payments and are never stored by Sisu.
- Basic website analytics, such as pages visited and the device used, collected through standard analytics tools.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and send proposals, agreements, and invoices.
- To deliver the marketing services you hire us for.
- To keep our own records of the work and the relationship.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers we use to run the business, such as Google Workspace, QuickBooks Online, and our scheduling and automation tools, and only as needed to provide our services.
How long we keep it
We keep client records for as long as we work together and afterward as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
Your choices
